Did you know
Scott McLean is a corporate solicitor at Howard Kennedy. He advises on a range of corporate transactions including capital raisings for private and publicly listed companies, mergers and acquisitions and commercial contract drafting.
Within the fundraising sector, Scott primarily advises companies listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, in particular Venture Capital Trusts and Investment Trusts, assisting with their creation, IPOs and secondary share offers. Scott is in regular contact with the FCA and the LSE.
Scott also has experience working on M&A transactions including conducting due diligence, negotiating and drafting share purchase agreements. He also enjoys advising companies and shareholders on corporate governance and financial regulation, keeping abreast of the evolving regulatory landscape in the UK.
Scott has a passion for rugby, braai's and the outdoors – you guessed it, he's South African.
